Make sure that the Local Files section on Spotify no longer have the songs in it. If they're still there, make sure to remove the old sources. You need to force Spotify to update the files. Import the new folder into Spotify in the settings. Make a new playlist and title it "Local Files" or whatever, then add the new files from Local Files.
